Currently or most recently in Hypomanic Episode

Previously at least one Manic Episode or Mixed Episode

Symptoms cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational,

or other important areas of functioning

Episodes not better accounted for by Schizoaffective Disorder and not superimposed

on Schizophrenia, SchizophreniformDisorder, Delusional Disorder,

or Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified
