Anyone familiar with the values and routines of your company can
accurately assess its personality. Since our data shows that 85 percent
of the time, the CEO perceives the company differently than
does the rest of the staff, we strongly suggest that you include
others in this exercise. For CAP2 workshops, we recommend that
decision makers, opinion leaders, and influencers participate.
Most organizations sign up their entire management team. Many
companies elect to have their entire staff take the questionnaire.
Some even include board members and customers in order to
measure outsider perspectives against inside perceptions.
